Condominium Extinctions

  • Title deeds of the property that is the object of the dissolution of the community.

  • ID cards of the co-owners. If a company is involved, the powers of attorney or appointment of administrators in force.

  • In the case of urban properties, certificate from the community of owners that they are up to date with the payment of community fees. + Cadastral references of the property (last IBI receipt).

  • Whether or not they are rented.

  • Value assigned to each property.

  • How the property is allocated to the co-owners.

  • How the costs of the operation are paid: Notary, Plus Valía municipal (in the case of urban properties).

Segregations and Property Divisions

  • It is important to remember that you must provide the prior municipal licence, without which no physical alteration can be made to the land.

  • Title deeds of the properties to be divided or segregated.

  • DNI. of the owners. If a company is involved, the powers of attorney or appointment of administrators in force.

  • Cadastral references of the properties (last IBI receipt).

  • If they are leased or not.

  • Description of each resulting plot and the rest. Surface area and boundaries.

  • Value assigned to each property resulting from the segregation or division.

  • How the expenses of the operation are paid: Notary, Plus Valía municipal (in the case of urban properties).
